Baptist Healthcare owes its genesis to the sheer brilliance and farsightedness of Mr. Amuthan, whose multi-faceted zeal opened vistas for him as well his business associates.
An entrepreneurial partnership venture named DAMN Enterprises was started in 2012 with four partners including Mr. Amuthan - who were passionate and experienced in the healthcare industry. With Ethicare Remedies as their Business Associate, DAMN Enterprises was involved in marketing of their products in Southern India. With sales soaring year after year due to the untiring efforts of its founders, DAMN Enterprises reached its zenith quickly and crossed the magic sales figure of Rs.1 crore per month in South India and became a successful endeavour.
While other partners chose a different path to reinvent themselves in due course, Mr. Amuthan with his deep-rooted fervor, stuck to his known terrain and in early 2022 converted DAMN Enterprises into Baptist Healthcare, a Private Limited Company with his wife as one of the Directors. Baptist Healthcare continues its business collaboration with Ethicare Remedies, which by now, has undergone churns and emerged as a newly named entity - UBIK Solutions Pvt Ltd.
With improved awareness regarding skin health among the people especially among working women and the younger generation, coupled with the rising disposable income, the Beauty & Personal care market is certainly poised for an exponential growth in the years to come. TULIA has an array of products in its basket to boast of - from skincare to hair care to face care to general care items. Baptist Healthcare Pvt Ltd is now set out to nourish and develop its own child (brand), along with that of its peer - UBIK Solutions Pvt Ltd.
